We are currently facing a strange and difficult time. Many are having difficulty with developing structure, the loss of a job, impacted relationships, and have new development of symptoms such as anxiety and depression.
My name is Cindy Quezada, I am a bilingual licensed marriage and family therapist .My specialization is in trauma, Domestic Violence, and intimate partner violence. I work with all ages, however have a special interest in working with adults and couples. As your therapist, I am here to provide you with safety and empathy in order to facilitate a nurturing environment and a corrective emotional experience.

TREATMENT APPROACH
I work utilizing a psychodynamic approach to treatment, in which I focus on exploring early childhood experiences, sitting with feelings, while processing emotions, in order to explore and understand them. The goal is for the clients to develop insight into how these early childhood experiences have impacted our behaviors as adults. Therapy is a collaborative approach, the client is the expert in their lives, while the therapist is the tool that helps navigate the process, and aids in alleviating and decreasing symptoms.
